These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by APCPI, constitute the entire agreement between you and APCPI regarding your use of our services.

If you access our services from outside the Philippines, you are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding online activities, data protection, and privacy.

Membership in APCPI is governed by these Terms, and members are required to comply with our code of conduct, fees, and any other obligations stipulated during the membership registration process. Members may request to cancel their membership at any time, subject to APCPI’s membership cancellation policy.

As part of your membership, APCPI may include your professional profile in its online member directory. This directory is accessible to other members and is intended for networking and professional collaboration. You may opt out of inclusion in the directory by contacting APCPI.
